Amistad has received multiple Reserve Championships in 2002, three US National Top Five Championships in Senior Stallion, Country Pleasure Driving, and Saddle Seat. Amistad was Grand Champion Senior Stallion and Best Movement Region 3 in 2003. In 2004 he was named US National Reserve Champion Country Pleasure Driving in Open and Amateur. 2005 saw him named Region 3 Grand Champion Senior Stallion, Grand Champion Amateur to Handle Stallion and Grand Champion Country Pleasure Driving Open.
